Two B's Studio Policies:

JEWELRY PURCHASE POLICY:

• Items may be returned / exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the exception of custom orders.  
• Custom orders are final sales., no refund or exchange.
• All custom orders will be filled upon receipt of a 75% deposit, items will be shipped or delivered after final payment is processed / cleared.
• If any order must be returned, please contact me directly as soon as possible.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
• All returned items must be in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

CLASS POLICIES:

• When purchasing a 4-week class they must be taken with-in a 6-week period.
• A no show / no contact class will count as a taken class.
• Closed toe shoes must be worn in the studio.
• Long hair must be tied back.
• No food is allowed in the classroom, drinks must be in sealable container.
• Glasses, prescription or safety, must be worn in the studio. 

COVID POLICIES: 

• If you are sick, please call and do not come in.
• Disinfectant will be available as well as hand washing areas.
• Contactless pay is available.
